World Civilizations: Nancy Park

Course Overview:

The second semester of World Civilizations will focus on two regions of the world:  Asia and Latin America. The study of each area will begin with a general overview of current events followed by discussions concerning the geography, history, and culture of each region.  Emphasis will be placed on the significant developments of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries.
