Boys Tennis vs. Marin Academy

Today we went out to the other side of the bay and won a close one against Marin Academy. J. Raifman, the freshman phenom, won an intense deciding match 7-5 in the 3rd set. Afterwards we rushed the court and tackled him in celebration. He seemed incredibly embarrassed, as well he should have been. Other highlights included the Pauls playing with incredible style and panache, and Zhongming being ok as usual. This was a big win, because MA was the 2nd best team in the conference last year (behind us), and they returned their entire varsity squad. Results:

More importantly, we have a big match against Bentley tomorrow at home. Bentley is also one of the best teams in the conference, so it could be another close match. If we get enough fans, Tatsuro will dress up in old fashioned tennis garb on Thursday, complete with high socks and short shorts.
