Men's and Women's Shelters

Every other week, CPS students cook for a men's shelter. Although only junior and senior guys can go the men's shelter, many other students help with preparing and cooking the food. Several students go to the shelter to serve the food and to eat with the residents there.
There is also the women's shelter, which CPS students go to every fourth Saturday of the month. Like the men's shelter, only junior and senior girls are allowed to go to the shelters and serve there. In addition to the women there, students also try to entertain and play with the children of these women.
