Navigating Around
Each Senior has a page number in the yearbook. That page in the yearbook will correspond to your folder on the server.
1.) Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Yearbook" Folder.
2.) Within that folder, you will see a number of folders and files which you should not have access to.The only thing you will have access to will be a folder labeled "01-Senior Pages." If you do not have access to that folder or if you have unnecessary access to other folders, please send an email to lsaadat@college-prep.org.
3.) In this folder, you will see a number of folders with names like "7512_XXXX." The "7512" refers to our job number for our publishing company and the "XXXX" refers to your personal page number in the yearbook. Please do not edit the names of these folders!
4.) Inside each folder, you will find something like "7512_XXXX.ind" which is the Adobe InDesign document for your page.
5.) At this time, you may wish to create a new folder for you to store your pictures.
6.) In the Finder, click on the "File" menu and select "New Folder
N"
7.) Give it the name "Images" or some such thing.
8.) Now you have your personal folder with your page template and your folder for you to put all of your pictures.
