SEPTEMBER 2008:

• Application forms available online or from the College Prep Admissions Office by clicking here  or calling (510) 652-4364 x1
  

• Register for the Independent School Entrance Examination at www.erbtest.org or the SSAT at www.ssat.org; Note: ISEE may be taken at College Prep on either January 17 or 18, 2009; More information about entrance exams can be found by clicking here.

OCTOBER 2008:

• Call the College Prep Admissions Office to schedule a half-day campus visit
• Call the College Prep Admissions Office to schedule a parent tour (optional)
• Open House #1: Saturday, October 25, 2008, 1:00 pm
  

NOVEMBER 2008:

• Half-day visits continue
  
• Open House #2: Sunday, November 9, 2008, 1:00 pm

DECEMBER 2008:

• Half-day visits continue
• Open House #3: Saturday, December 13, 2008, 1:00 pm
• Wednesday, December 17, 2008: Financial Aid Workshop for College Prep & Head Royce applicants in the College Prep Rech Room: 7:00 pm.
  

JANUARY 2009:

• Half-day visits continue
• Saturday, January 10, 2009: Interview Day #1
  
• Thursday, January 15, 2009: Final application deadline; Family Information Sheet, Student Statement, Teacher Recommendations due in College Prep Admissions office

• Thursday, January 15, 2009: Financial Aid application due (and 2007 tax forms for new financial aid applicants only)

• Saturday, January 17, 2009: ISEE given at College Prep, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
  

• Sunday, January 18, 2009: ISEE given at College Prep, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

FEBRUARY 2009:

• Monday, February 2, 2009: Last day to submit ISEE or SSAT scores
• Saturday, February 7, 2009: Interview Day #2
  
• Monday, February 9, 2009: Tax forms (2007) due for ALL financial aid applicants

MARCH 2009:

• Thursday, March 19, 2009: Families notified by mail of admissions decisions and financial aid grants
• Wednesday, March 25, 2009: Deadline for responses from financial-aid candidates
• Friday,  March 27, 2009: Deadline for responses from non-financial-aid candidates
