Liza F. has been honored by The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers as a Gold Key Award Winner for the most exceptional work in her category for her poetry portfolio “Pantoum; Adolescence", "Turning Red", "Prayer", "How She Left", "Making it" and "Interior”.

The Scholastic Awards program is one of the most competitive recognition programs for more than a quarter of a million creative teenagers across the country. Liza's work has now been forwarded to the National level for consideration by a panel of judges in New York City in the higher honor section of the awards program, where they will review work from artists and writers from across the nation.
