Arts Magazine

Welcome to the Arts Magazine Website! Last time you came here, we were underway with our greeting cards project. To read more about that, scroll on down the page. Any who, recently, Arts Mag staff have been hard at work reviewing submissions for our magazine. After that, the dedicated team started the digital layout of the magazine from the selected submissions. We wind up getting many wonderful submissions and due to budget constraints, we are not able to feature all of them in our printed magazine. For those whose work did not make it into print, we encourage you to resubmit them in the future. We would also be glad to feature them on this website. Just contact artsmag@college-prep.org if you have any more questions.

Well, now after all of that, we can get on to the good news. For the first time in CPS Arts Mag history, a digital copy of the magazine is available online for download! How cool is that?! I must warn you that for the time being, the file size is a bit large. We are working on downsizing it but we don't want to destroy the beauty of the works in the magazine. So, if you would like to download a copy of it, you can get it on pre-release, cause we haven't even sent it in for printing yet! Wow, you can get a first glimpse of it, right here, on the Arts Mag section of the CPS website.

Welcome to the Arts Magazine Website. This website is under construction but take a look at a few of the sample images submitted and printed this year for Arts Mag's fundraiser; The Greeting Card Contest. Students are encouraged to submit their original art or photographs to the Arts Mag whereupon the staff of Arts Mag review the submissions and vote on 12 pieces to be featured on the greeting cards. The winning works can be seen to the right. Click on an image to see more.

These greeting cards are presently being sold. You can buy a set of twelve cards and twelve envelopes for 10 dollars. We have two different sets, each with two copies of six of the works of art. The money raised through this will help to fund our printing costs for the magazine towards the end of the year.
