Drama Dinners Chairs

The two Drama Dinner co-chairs are responsible for the dinners provided for the students involved in drama or musical productions (one in Fall and one in Spring) as well as the Parent Association Pre-Show Dinners, one each semester.  She/he:


1.    Attends the monthly Board meetings.

2.    Organizes parents to provide food for the students during practice and performances for the drama or musical productions.

3.    Plans and implements the Preview Dinners on preview night for parents and friends who purchased them..

4.    Publicizes the events and the shows in the Periscope and through flyers.

5.    Coordinates activities with CPS staff.

6.    Is responsible for handling the moneys; checks and signs off on the budget amount with the Treasurer of the Board and provides receipts or detailed list for reimbursements.

7.    Aids the Drama production staff in whatever ways are appropriate.

8.    Updates materials for the next year Drama Dinners Chairs.
