Senior Reps
The four to five Senior Reps are responsible for Open Houses for prospective parents, the Senior Families’ Picnic, monthly Faculty Appreciation breakfast treats and a Senior parent social. They may provide some help with Senior Portraits and contract for videotaping of graduation. She/he:
1. Attends monthly Board meetings.
2. Works with the Admissions Office in decorating the school, planning and providing food for the 3 receptions for CPS Open Houses in the Fall. Provides manpower and volunteers.
3. Plans, publicizes, and promotes the Senior Picnic in early Fall.
4. Provides treats for the Faculty in the lunch room throughout the year (approximately every month).
5. Coordinates calendar dates with the President of the Board and CPS staff.
6. Organizes a Senior Parents’ Social at the school or in a home in the Spring.
7. Publicizes and arranges for a DVD to be made of the graduation.
8. Helps with the beach BBQ after the community service work on the Point Reyes Trail.
9. Checks with CPS staff to see if help is needed for Senior Portraits. This is a minimal involvement of opening and closing the room, etc.
10. Chooses one contact person on committee for communication purposes.
11. Checks and signs off on the budget amount with the Treasurer of the Board and provides receipts or detailed list for reimbursements.
