Discount BART Tickets

Here is the information and forms needed to get student BART tickets at a discounted rate --

INSTRUCTIONS and FORMS:

1) Discount BART tickets General Information.pdf – General Information of the Discount BART ticket program at College Prep. This information sheet will tell you how to get started as well as who to send the forms to.

 
2) BART Certification Form 2008.pdf – Form to certify that user of discount BART tickets is a student. This form applies to both the Direct Purchase and Internet Purchase options. It needs to be filled out once per school year after deciding on the Options. The form has to be mailed to the School BART Program Coordinator for record and processing.

 
3) BART Ticket Order Form 2008.pdf – Form to order BART tickets through direct purchase from the School. To be used each time you want to place an order through the School BART Program Coordinator. Please mail this to the school BART coordinator with your check.

 
4) BART Internet Purchase Instructions 2008.pdf – Instructions for setting up an account with BART for purchasing BART ticket online. To be used the first time you want to opt into the BART Internet Purchase Program.

 
5) Damaged or Demagnetised Tickets.pdf – Instructions for exchange and refund of damaged or demagnetized Discount BART tickets.
