Student Council

Student Council at College Prep is responsible for organizing student activities including dances, spirit days, and spirit week. The student council also represents student opinion in school-wide matters having to do with rules, events, and programs. Beyond these purposes, it has the larger responsibility, shared with various student-faculty committees, of providing the leadership necessary to further the school’s mission. The Student Council includes eight elected class representatives (two from each class), two co-presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and four members of the Spirit Committee. All students are welcome to attend Student Council meetings, which take place twice a week in the Student Center.
