expiration date, the amount of your gift, and where you would like us to direct your gift.

Transferring
shares of securities/appreciated stock:
We would like to acknowledge your gift in an accurate and timely manner. If you plan to use appreciated securities to make a gift to the school:
1. Notify the Development Office that you will be making a gift of securities.
Call Mary O'Neill at 510-420-2331 or e-mail mary_oneill@college-prep.org with your name, the number of shares and the name of the stock you will be contributing, the fund to which your gift should be credited, the date on which the stock was transferred and your telephone number.

Gifts:
Check with Human Resources at your company to see if they will match your donation. Fill out the necessary forms, send your gift and the forms to CPS, and we'll do the rest.
