Debate Teams on Top at the Minneaple Invitational!

Six Public Forum debate teams from College Prep attended the Minneapple Invitational in Apple Valley, MN. The tournament is one of the toughest in the country, with 151 teams from across the nation vying for the title. The top 16 teams also earn bids to the Gold Division of the national Tournament of Champions, held at the University of Kentucky each spring. An additional 16 teams earn Silver Division bids to the national championship. Juniors Brant & Ilan earned a Silver bid to the ToC, while seniors Pia & Ben earned their second Gold bid. Sarab & Sarah went on to win the tournament, defeating a team from Hawken School (OH) in the final round.
