Dean of Berkeley Law School, and preeminent Constitutional Law scholar, Erwin Chemerinsky is a guest speaker in Constitutional Law

Dean of Berkeley Law School, and preeminent Constitutional Law scholar, Erwin Chemerinsky was the guest speaker in Constitutional Law. Thanks to a special introduction from a student, Dean Chemerinsky spoke with the class about the Fourth Amendment jurisprudence and how it has granted police extraordinarily broad powers that have had a disparate impact on communities of color.

He also took the time to field questions from the class about constitutional interpretation and the future of the Supreme Court. It was an amazing experience and opportunity to speak with one of the foremost authorities on Constitutional Law!
