‘Radium Girls’ at College Prep

The production of Radium Girls at College Prep was top notch! Set in the 1920s and based on the true, tragic story of the women who painted watch dials with luminous radium, and whose untimely death changed the course of labor rights in America.

With hard work and talent, the 22 thespians, 13 drama crew members, and 18 original pieces of music by a College Prep student earned a standing ovation at each performance. Radium Girls was directed by Molly Arronson-Gelb ’98 with design and technical direction by Charles Niefeld, and costuming by Addison McDowell ’12. Special thanks to the drama performance and drama tech families for providing food, transportation, and enthusiasm!
