Shoreline Restoration with Oakland's Save the Bay
Students in both Honors Biology and AP Biology spent the day with Save the Bay in Oakland doing shoreline restoration. They worked in small groups and are conducting research on case studies focused on the San Francisco Bay ecology. Topics of inquiry inlude, Bay Health is Our Health is Bay Health: The Relationship between Human Use of the San Francisco Bay and Bay ecosystem and The Effects of Non-Native Species on the San Francisco Bay.
