Welcome to College Prep! To get started with your enrollment, please complete these steps:
1. Set up a Blackbaud ID - this step will get you access to our Portal
2. Complete the Electronic Enrollment Agreement via the Portal and pay the Deposit when prompted
3. Enroll in FACTS Tuition Management
Step 1
The Portal is our school communication and data-sharing system; the portal is your online location to look up your student’s grade reports, sign permission slips, sign your student’s enrollment contract, pay your initial deposit, and more.
Families new to College Prep’s portal will need to set up a Blackbaud ID; please visit: https://www.college-prep.org/community-portal-admissions to get started.
Families with an existing relationship and Blackbaud ID (e.g., alumnus, employee(s) or sibling family) should log-in using their existing Blackbaud ID login: Portal Login
Step 2
Once logged into the Portal, you will see a yellow bar near the top of the screen that says "You have: 1 Contract(s) to Accept;" please click on the link directing you to review your agreement (contract).
Please navigate through all the enrollment agreement sections. In the “Tuition and Fees” section you will select your preferred payment plan, learn about the Tuition Refund Plan requirements and more. When you reach the e-signature section, please note that College Prep requests two signatures when there are two responsible Parents/Guardians; reminder: each Parent/Guardian needs to log into the parent portal with their unique login to sign.
Once the agreement is successfully completed, you will be prompted to pay the non-refundable deposit via electronic fund transfer (EFT) via the same Portal as the online agreement.

Step 3
College Prep partners with FACTS billing and payments of tuition and non-tuition (incidental) fees and requires all families to enroll in FACTS’ payment & billing services, regardless of the payment plan selected.
To get started with setting up your College Prep FACTS account, please visit: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FVVJ.
If you have a student graduating in 2026 or had a student enrolled prior to 2025-26, you will need to create a new FACTS account; If your currently enrolled student(s) will attend College Prep in 2026-27, we will add your newly admitted student to your existing FACTS account.
During the online FACTS set up process you will be creating an account for “automatic bank payments.” Please email graciela@college-prep.org should you have questions while setting up automatic bank payments or your FACTS profile.
During admission decision week, please contact Evie Koh, Director of Admission at evie@college-prep.org or Edwin Kirimi, Director of Technology at edwin@college-prep.org if have any questions about accessing the Portal account.
