Welcome to College Prep!
Here's How to Enroll
PLEASE COMPLETE THESE THREE STEPS TO GET STARTED WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT:

   1. Each responsible parent / guardian needs to set up a Blackbaud ID. This will grant access to the School's Community Portal.
   2. Complete the Electronic Enrollment Agreement via the Portal and pay the Deposit when prompted
   3. Enroll in FACTS Tuition Management

step one

The Portal is the School's communication and data-sharing system and where to look up your student’s grade reports, sign permission slips, sign your student’s enrollment contract, pay your initial deposit, and more.

step two

Once logged into the Portal, you will see a yellow bar near the top of the screen that says "You have: 1 Contract(s) to Accept;" please click on the link directing you to review your agreement (contract):
SELECT PAYMENT PLAN

E-SIGN ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
When there are two responsible parents / guardians, each needs to log into the Portal with their unique login to sign.

step three

College Prep partners with FACTS* for billing. All payments of tuition and non-tuition (incidental) fees requires families to enroll regardless of the payment plan selected. In the FACTS setup, you will create an account for automatic bank payments. If you have questions during the FACTS setup, please email Graciela Benito, Director of Finance.

*If you have a student re-enrolling in 2026-27, you do not need to create another FACTS account—we will add your student to your existing account; If you have a student graduating this June, please note that you will need to set up a new FACTS account.
